If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase or gift for any reason, please review our return, refund, and exchange policies below for The United Bazaar.com purchases. In all cases, products must be returned in new condition and all original tags attached.
Item Condition: Please ensure all items are returned, unused, unmarked and in their original packaging with all tags and labels remaining attached. Items returned without the DO NOT REMOVE returns tags cannot be refunded.
Return Shipping Cost: You as a customer will pay the return shipping charges. Until we receive your returns, they are your responsibility so please make sure they are packaged in a suitable condition to avoid any damage on its return journey to us. We also recommend you use a trackable postal method.

* All sales are Final, we do not accept returns on underwear, lingerie and swimwear.
Regrettably we are unable to provide exchanges on any item.
What should I do if my item is damaged?
Although we take care to prevent any damage to your goods during transit it is possible that problems may arise. Please accept our apologies if you have received a damaged item.

I received the wrong product, what should i do?
If you receive a wrong or a faulty product because of our error in processing your order, we will refund 100% of your money and cover the cost of return of the product. Please email us the details and we will work with you to get it resolved asap.
Steps to process a Return:
Step 1: Ready the instructions above regarding the return policy
Step2 : Fill out the return form which is located at the bottom of the website under Shop Policy & Return / Return Form
Step3 : As soon as we receive the request we will issue a Return Authorization number along with the shipping address.
Step4 : Pack the items properly as per the above guidelines and ship with a trackable method.
Step 5: Once we receive the returned item in accordance with the above requirements, we will issue a full refund excluding the cost of the original delivery charge
Step 6: If you return an item but fail to comply with our policy, we reserve the right to refuse or reduce the refund
Important Note: All goods must be completely undamaged and returned to us in the original packaging and with all tags attached, within 5 days of receiving the products. The items should be shipped using postal services such that we receive it within 30 days of you receiving the item.
