Where do you ship?

We ship worldwide.

I need to change my order or change my address. How can I do that?

We will try our very best to accommodate cancellation requests, however we cannot guarantee them. Our warehouse staff fulfill orders quickly, so we will not be able to cancel the order if it has already left our shipping station.

My order arrived damaged. Please help.

Although we take care to prevent any damage to your goods during transit it is possible that problems may arise. Please accept our apologies if you have received a damaged item. In order to further assist you, please email us a photo of your damaged items to hello@theunitedbazaar.com

How do I return product?

We want you to be totally satisfied with your order, however we understand if a product doesn't work out and want to make the return as painless as possible. Please also note that we are not able to accept exchanges of products at this time.

If you wish to return a product, please do so within 5 days from the receipt date for a refund on the purchase price, minus shipping, handling and other charges. Refunds will be credited to the original credit card used for payment.

How do I find out the status of my order?

When the order is shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking details. The tracking number can be used to track the package.

You can also track the package from the order shipping confirmation email.

When is my order going to ship?

The processing time of the order can range from 2 to 8 business days depending on the item ordered. Thank you for your patience! 

When you place an order with The United Bazaar, we source the item from Certified Stockists or the Designer for that specific brand. This allows us to procure 100% Genuine and certified brand products. Depending on the designer brand each have a different shipping time frame. We use the best economical shipping option to keep the prices low for you instead of expedited shipments. There could be less time consuming procurement process, but to ensure 100% Authentic products this is the process we follow.

Hence most orders ship in 2 to 8 business days and should arrive in 6 to 10 business days after shipping.

Shipments to India - All shipments are shipped via reputed courier like DHL, DTDC, Fed Ex, UPS etc.

Item Prices include custom duty and taxes. We take care of everything from shipping to custom clearance including all import related paperwork taxes and fees. You do not have to worry about anything hence there will be no additional charges. We send you a shipping confirmation mail with the tracking details which can be tracked with a click of a button. Once you place the order, we own all responsibilities until the item clears customs and is delivered to your doorstep.

All inclusive pricing for INDIA: No hidden fees! Our prices are all inclusive up to your doorsteps. It even includes all custom duties & taxes paid at the time of custom clearance in INDIA. You do not have to pay even a paisa more.

Very Important Note: The courier companies will not leave the package outside your house if nobody is available to accept them. They will try to call you but if they are unable to reach you or the mobile call does not go through, they will take the item back to the office. This will cause a delay in package delivery. You as a customer is responsible for tracking the package and ensuring that somebody is available to receive the package. If for any reason you need to reschedule the delivery please ensure to contact the courier company and work out a time convenient for you. If you are having the package delivered to your office it would be a good idea to let the receptionist know to except a package for you.

Shipments to Rest of the Countries.

Item Price includes part of the shipping cost. The final shipping cost is adjusted to offset the  above change in item price. We offer a multiple shipping options to suit your budget and timeframe. For most countries we ship via DHL Express and also offer USPS Express and standard options.

Custom Duties, Taxes and Fees:  Customs policies vary widely from country to country so please contact your local customs office or tax authority for information specific to the products you are ordering. Additionally, when ordering from TheUnitedBazaar.com you are considered the importer of record and must comply with the laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods. We cannot be held responsible or accountable for any taxes, duties, tariffs or any quarantine fees or package warehousing fees assessed by your local customs office. You as a customer is responsible for paying any custom duties or taxes when the item arrives in your country.

Nope, we don't have a subscription service.

How quickly can you answer my questions?

We answer emails in the order they are received and we try to respond as promptly as possible. We mostly reply within 24 to 48 hours of receiving an email. To help us respond to you faster, please only send one email per inquiry. For emails related to orders, please mention the order number in the subject so we can prioritize those emails.

Do i have to create an account to place and order?

No you don't have to create an account to place and order. You can check out as a guest. But we highly recommend that you create an account for easy access to order details and re-ordering.

I recently purchased an item and now it's on sale, can i get a price adjustment?

Our sales items vary each week and hence we won't be able to adjust the prices. You can sign up for our newletter to be updated on all new sales.

Why is my order cancelled?

We try to keep up with the vast world of beauty and the changes. In the event that the item ordered is not available, we will contact you with the details. The order will be cancelled and a full refund issued.

I forgot my tracking number or i can't find my tracking number?

When the order is shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking details. The tracking number can be used to track the package.

If you still need help locating the tracking or order number, send us a mail with the name on the shipping address, item purchased and the shipping address. We can look it up for you. It's best to always create an account so you can review the order details and tracking.

Problems with Delivery.

If your order is returned to us for any of the following reasons we will refund your payment method for the product returned minus the original shipping fees and any additional fees incurred to return the products to our warehouse (including return postage, handling, storage and quarantine fees).

  • Undeliverable address
  • No one available to accept the delivery
  • Order refused by the customer
